Cancellation Policy

✅ Booking Policy for Free Monthly Support Groups (Mind to Womb Connect) We understand that life can be unpredictable, especially during pregnancy and motherhood. To support flexibility while maintaining fairness, please review our session policy below: 📩 Meeting Link The Microsoft Teams link for all sessions will be sent via email 2–3 days before the event, along with a reminder 24 hours prior. ✅ Cancellation If you can no longer attend, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to another mum. Cancellations can be made: Directly through the online booking system By contacting us via email or WhatsApp 🔁 Rescheduling As these are monthly sessions, rescheduling means joining the next available group.
