Recognising the need for connection and understanding, we are excited to introduce Mind to Womb Connect, a monthly virtual support group designed specifically for mothers at all stages. This service is completely free and offers a safe space to share experiences, learn coping strategies, and build community.


Each session focuses on topics relevant to motherhood, guided by experts and peer support. It’s a chance to connect with others who truly understand the journey you’re on.


First Session: Managing Anxiety in Motherhood


Our first Mind to Womb Connect session will take place on Saturday, January 31st. The focus will be on managing anxiety, a common experience for many mothers. Whether anxiety arises from pregnancy concerns, postpartum adjustments, or the pressures of motherhood, this session will provide practical tools and compassionate guidance.
